East Marlborough Township has hired the Brandywine Conservancy and Recreation and Parks Solutions to conduct an update to the Township’s Open Space, Recreation, and Environmental Resources Plan. The Brandywine Conservancy is recognized nationally as a leader in open space planning and land preservation, and for over 50 years has helped numerous municipalities in western Chester County identify and implement their land preservation goals. Recreation and Parks Solutions is an innovative leader in parks and recreation planning, with over 40 years of experience working with municipalities across the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to provide creative, cost-effective ways to improve recreation and park systems.
The development of the plan update will begin in the Fall of 2019 and will conclude in the Fall of 2020. There will be multiple opportunities throughout the year to share your thoughts, ideas, and suggestions and help shape the vision for open space, environmental resources, parks, and recreation in East Marlborough Township.
